    Reunion Fees

    $25 Household Due: Please pay ASAP. This fee is due from each Household that plans to attend the reunion and places your household on the Attendance Roster.

    $160 Reunion Fee: Per Person fee for Ages 13 and older.

    $100 Reunion Fee: Per Person fee for Ages 4 - 12 yrs old.

    *Children up to 3 years old are FREE!

    Hotel Room Fee w/Taxes: The Hotel Room Rate is $139 + Taxes per night.

    Monday, July 21 - Wednesday, July 23rd:

    Early Check-In is available.

    Wednesday, July 23rd:

    Family Meet & Greet

    Hotel Hospitality Suite at 3:00PM.

    Taco Bar w/ Gluten-free and Vegatarian Options.

    Thursday, July 24th:

    Registration & Church Service

    Registration and Check-In will be held in the Hospitality Suite. The Hospitality Suite will be open from 8:00am - 11:59pm each day. Come see us!

    Church Services will be held that evening in the Hotel Ballrooms A, B, and C at 7:00pm.

    Friday, July 25th:

    Fun Day and Banquet

    The Fun Day hosts 2 events of your choice; a City Tour with Lunch OR an exploration day at Union Station.

    The City Tour will run from 8:30am - 2:00pm.

    The Union Station excursion runs from 9:00am - 2:30pm. This stop includes access to Union Station, Crown Center, the Aquarium, Leggo Land, and the City Street Car. Just inside of Union Station itself, you have access to a movie theatre, escape rooms, restaurants, and Science City.

    The Banquet will be held in the Hotel Ballrooms A, B, C, and D at 6:00pm . We are going to have a Sneaker Ball! Wear your best Sneakers to top off your Outfit!

    * Banquet Colors: Black, Hunter Green, and Gold. *

    Saturday, July 26th:

    Family Cookout and Game Night

    Family Cookout will run from 9:00am - 2:00pm at William E. Macken Park.

    The Reunion Business Meeting will begin at 3:30pm in the Hospitality room.

    Family Game Night will follow the Business Meeting in the Hospitality suite.

    Sunday, July 27th:

    Farewell Breakfast
