2025 Trotter-Rogers Family Reunion

Hello Family!!
Save the dates July 24th - 27th, 2025 as an invitation to all descendants of Harrison & Rhoda Trotter. The theme for our reunion will be “Family Deeply Rooted”. Request your time off as we look forward to seeing you all there!
We are requesting Reunion Dues in the amount of $25 for each Household that will be attending. Send your Household Dues ASAP to place your household on the attendance roster! A Household Table requesting information about your household, such as T-Shirt sizes, is provided by a Button at the top right hand side of this page.
The 2025 Reunion Fees are listed below.
13yrs old to Adult = $160/person
4 -12yrs of age = $100/person
Hotel Room Fee = $139 + taxes per night

Our Church Service will be held at the Hotel in Ballrooms A, B, and C.
Friday, July 25th:
Fun Day and Banquet
The Fun Day hosts 2 events of your choice; a City Tour with Lunch OR an Exploration Day at Union Station.
The Banquet will be held in the Hotel Ballrooms A, B, C, and D. We are going to have a Sneaker Ball! Wear your best Sneakers to top off your Outfit!* Banquet Colors: Black, Hunter Green, and Gold.*
Saturday, July 26th:
Family Cookout and Game Night
The Family Cookout will be held at William E. Macken Park.
Game Night will be held at the Hotel in the Hospitality Room.
